3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Complete assigned tasks with high quality and within specified deadlines
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights of clients and other users
  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities

4. Payment Terms

Payment for completed work will be processed according to the following terms:

  • Payments are made via verified methods (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency)
  • Minimum payment threshold may apply
  • Payment processing time: 3-5 business days
  • All payments are subject to verification and quality review
  • Disputes must be reported within 30 days of payment

5. Intellectual Property

All work performed through VR DataHub remains the intellectual property of the respective clients. Workers agree to:

  • Not claim ownership of any work products
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data and projects
  • Not reproduce or distribute client materials without permission
  • Return all materials upon project completion

6. Privacy and Data Protection

VR DataHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

11. Changes to Terms

VR DataHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
